Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DizitalAdda, we aim to provide high-quality training and professional learning services to all students and participants. Before enrolling in any course, workshop, internship, mentorship program, or training service, please carefully read our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By registering for any course or making payment to DizitalAdda, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Course Fees and Payments
- All course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated during admission or counselling.
- Payments may be made through UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, EMI providers, payment gateways, cash, or other approved payment methods.
- Admission or registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- Registration fees, admission fees, booking amounts, processing fees, assessment fees, certification fees, and paid course fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.
- Once payment is successfully made, it cannot be reversed, disputed, stopped, or cancelled through any payment provider, bank, or gateway without valid legal grounds.
3. Cancellation Requests
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to info@dizitaladda.com.
- Verbal cancellation requests shall not be considered valid.
- Cancellation requests are subject to management review and approval.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical payment failure
- Accidental overpayment
- Medical emergencies
- Special cases approved by management
DizitalAdda reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or partially approve any refund request.
5. No Refund After Course Access
No refund shall be applicable if:
- Course access has been provided
- LMS/student portal credentials have been shared
- Classes have started
- Study material/resources/tools have been provided
- Recorded/live sessions have been attended
- Mentorship/support services have been initiated
6. Instalment and EMI Payments
- Students opting for installment plans must complete payments within the agreed timeline.
- Failure to pay pending installments may result in suspension of classes, withholding certificates, restriction of LMS access, or cancellation of enrollment.
- EMI/loan approvals and repayment matters are managed solely by third-party financial institutions or payment partners.
- DizitalAdda shall not be responsible for EMI rejection, interest charges, penalties, repayment disputes, or financing-related issues.
7. Batch Transfers and Rescheduling
- Batch transfer or rescheduling requests may be considered subject to seat availability, management approval, and operational feasibility.
- DizitalAdda reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, merge, or cancel any batch due to operational reasons or insufficient enrollments.
- In such cases, students may be adjusted to another batch or future schedule.
8. No Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend classes, remains absent without notice, voluntarily leaves the course, or discontinues training midway, then no refund, adjustment, or transfer shall be applicable.
9. Placement and Certification Disclaimer
- Placement assistance, internships, freelance opportunities, or interview support are additional support services only and do not guarantee employment.
- Certifications may depend upon attendance, assignments, internal assessments, project submissions, or external exam clearance.
- No refund shall be provided based on placement expectations, salary expectations, certification delays, interview outcomes, or personal performance.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Users agree not to initiate false chargebacks or payment disputes after availing services.
- Any fraudulent chargeback attempt may result in permanent suspension, legal action, recovery proceedings, and blacklisting from future services.
11. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 15-30 working days.
- Refunds shall be credited through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, or bank deductions may be deducted from the refundable amount.
12. Modification of Policy
DizitalAdda reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
